There is no cookie cutter shaped
like "leader" or "team." Each
person, each team, has a unique way of responding to
business challenges. But all leaders and all teams
increase their effectiveness by taking the same first
step: they become aware of the habits and assumptions
of their personal leadership style, and the impact of
that style on others and on their circumstances. I work
with clients one-on-one and in group sessions to facilitate
their new awareness, and their ability to consciously
